HR TRAINING FOR HR JUNIORS

 GROUP HR TRAININGS

 We organize group courses for companies that need to train a large number of participants.

  • The course lasts 5 days of 2.5 hours, or 2 days of 6.5 hours, with homework in between.
  • During the training, each individual has the opportunity to schedule an individual consultation with our HR consultant and together with him discuss the specifics of the internal organization in which he works.
  • After completing the training, each participant has online support from our HR consultant for a period of one month.

 INDIVIDUAL HR MENTORING TRAININGS

  • They are adapted to the needs of the individual
  • The course lasts 5 meetings of 2 hours, (most often 1 per week), with homework in between, as well as with online support during the course.
